I had an account with them for a domain that I didn't renew. The account was locked due to inactivity and when I asked for my personal data to be deleted as per GDPR: The Right of Access (Article 15, Recitals 63 & 64), the agent told me that doesn't apply to them because they are a US company. It does apply to them, they are processing a European citizens data. I will be reporting their activity to my local GDPR officer as I have requested my data to be deleted and the request has been (quite rudely mind you) denied.

They renewed my domain name without telling me. It had 45 days to expire. They also do not cancel and refund after the renewal.

I don't think I can find better in the world . I love !
A second to make any changes in all domains .
